About this camp

The AI Research Fellowship is Research Ignited's most advanced program, designed for high school students with existing AI/Python foundations. Students work one-on-one with a PhD mentor over 10-15 sessions to conduct original AI research. The fellowship is structured in four phases: forming a research question, building methods and running experiments, analyzing results, and writing a submission-ready academic paper. The program aims to help students produce a peer-review-ready paper that can enhance college applications. An optional publication-support add-on is available for expert guidance in submitting to recognized high-school research journals. Students will gain skills in research question design, literature review, AI/ML model building, experiment and results analysis, and academic paper writing.
